I’m excited to announce an event this week. On Wednesday, May 14, from 8-9 p.m. EST, Self Care Just For Me is presenting a FREE teleconference on Self-Care Essentials for Women.
The teleconference will feature two speakers: Jeanette Aycock, MD, a psychiatrist in New York with two decades of experience counseling women on issues like self esteem and finding physical satisfaction with one’s body; and Hollis Underwood, MD, an internist with Sonoran Health Specialists, Inc. whose 20+-year career has focused on cardiovascular disease prevention.
